Do I need to know how to code?
No. Bring a task you repeat, a tool you use, or an idea you want to explore. We will work through what is practical and explain the setup in plain language.
What happens in the free consultation?
We spend 15 minutes on your use case, current tools and what you want to achieve. You get a recommended next step. If more work would help, we agree the scope and price before starting.
Do I have to use Kern?
We will choose the setup that fits the task. Kern is useful when agents need to keep working, remember context and use connected tools under your control. Some tasks only need a simpler workflow.
Can the agent work with sensitive information?
We first agree what information is needed, which providers receive it and who can access it. We can limit connections and require approval for important actions. These controls reduce risk; they do not make an AI system risk free.
Can I use open models and keep costs down?
Yes, where they fit the task and available tools. We can compare open and proprietary models, use smaller models for routine work, and estimate ongoing costs. Hosting, inference and third party subscriptions are separate from consulting fees.
Can you automate social media or customer outreach?
We can help with research, drafting and review workflows, and assess supported publishing options. We check platform terms, account permissions and data handling requirements. Sending and publishing should have an explicitly agreed approval policy.
What do I own after a custom build?
The scope will spell out the deliverables, accounts, ongoing costs and support. The aim is a setup you can operate, with your instructions, a permissions checklist and a walkthrough. We agree any continuing support separately.
